What are the requirements to move in?

Rehoboth residents experience affordable living with either shared or private bedrooms for people who want safe, clean, and affordable housing. Each room is in a residential home with multiple fully furnished bedrooms, a kitchen, on-site laundry, and fully furnished common areas. Rent includes Wi-Fi, water, electricity, and trash services.

What Type of housing is this?

Residents must have enough income to cover their rent. We have an intake process that includes a behavioral health questionnaire and a background check. We do not accept registered sex offenders.

  Bedrooms and all common areas are fully furnished, including the kitchen, living room, dining area, and bathrooms. Each bedroom includes a bed, side table, and lamp. Linens and towels are available upon request.

  Security cameras are installed in all common areas. Residents acknowledge this through a signed consent form. An operations manager is available by phone or text 24/7 for urgent matters.
